一、適用範圍1. Scope
本規範適用於本網站提供的免費桌布，以及網站上的角色圖像、插畫與貼圖。This covers the free wallpapers we offer, plus the character artwork, illustrations and stickers on this site.
下載或使用即表示您同意本規範。Downloading or using them means you accept these rules.
二、您可以這樣使用2. What you may do
- 設為您個人裝置的桌布或鎖定畫面，手機、平板、電腦皆可。
- 印出來供您本人使用，例如以超商機台印成明信片、貼紙，或貼在自己的手帳裡。
- 將使用情境拍照或截圖，發表於您的個人社群，但請標註出處，見第四點。
- Set it as the wallpaper or lock screen on your own devices: phone, tablet or computer.
- Print it for your own use, such as a postcard or sticker from a convenience-store kiosk, or something for your own journal.
- Photograph or screenshot it in use and post that to your personal social media, with credit as set out in section 4.
三、請不要這樣使用3. What you may not do
- 轉傳原始檔案給他人，或代他人下載。
- 將印出的成品贈送、轉讓或分送給他人。
- 任何形式的販售或收費，包含代印服務、二次販售與周邊製作。
- 用於商業宣傳、品牌識別、活動布置或營利場所裝飾。
- 去除簽名、浮水印或品牌標示，或加以裁切致無法辨識出處。
- 修改、改作後宣稱為自己的創作。
- 上架至素材網站、圖庫、貼圖平台或 NFT 等平台。
- 作為人工智慧生成模型的訓練、微調或參考素材，包含風格模仿。
- Pass the original files to anyone else, or download on someone else’s behalf.
- Give away, transfer or hand out anything you have printed.
- Sell or charge for it in any form, including print services, resale and merchandise.
- Use it for commercial promotion, branding, event decor or decorating a business space.
- Remove the signature, watermark or branding, or crop it so the source cannot be identified.
- Edit or adapt it and present the result as your own work.
- Upload it to stock sites, asset libraries, sticker platforms or NFT marketplaces.
- Use it to train, fine-tune or prompt AI generative models, including style imitation.

在社群分享時，請於貼文內容中標註下列任一種：When you share on social media, include one of the following:

本規範所給予的，是免費、非專屬、不可轉讓、僅限個人非商業用途的使用權限，並未移轉任何著作權或其他智慧財產權。本工作室保有著作權，並得於必要時修訂本規範或停止提供下載。This is a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. No copyright or other intellectual property is transferred; we retain all rights and may revise these rules or stop offering downloads.
